Agent Edge AI provides a platform where Users can input property information, upload photos, and receive AI-generated MLS-style listing copy. The Services are provided "as is" and may change without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding contracts to use our Services.

3. Subscription and Billing

• Services are offered on a recurring monthly subscription basis
• Fees are charged in advance
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• We may change pricing with notice

4. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for verifying all information generated by the Services
• You must comply with MLS rules, Fair Housing laws, and any applicable regulations
• You must not upload unlawful, offensive, or misleading content

5. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property in the Services belongs to Agent Edge AI
• Users retain rights to their uploaded content but grant us a limited license to process it for service delivery

6. Disclaimers

• We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of the Services
• AI-generated outputs may contain errors
• We are not responsible for real estate outcomes, compliance issues, or third-party data sources

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for lost profits, business interruption, or indirect damages
• Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may cancel at any time.

9. Governing Law
